1. 30-Day Happiness Guarantee
Look, we want you to love what you bought. Period. If something isn't right, you’ve got 30 days from the day your package arrives to let us know. We’re here to help, not to make your life complicated.
2. How to Start a Return
Mistakes happen (we’re only human!). If there’s an issue, shoot us an email at support@lumiglowlabs.com with:

A quick photo of the item (especially if it arrived damaged or it’s the wrong color).
⚠️ Important: To keep our prices low and stay eco-friendly, please do not send items back to the address on the shipping label. Always contact us first—we’ll provide the correct instructions and make sure your refund actually finds its way back to you.
3. Damaged or "Not What I Ordered"
If your item arrives broken or we sent you a cat sweater instead of a dress, we’re deeply sorry. In these cases, we’ll either send you a replacement for free or give you a full refund. No hoop-jumping required.
4. Changed Your Mind?
We get it, sometimes it’s just not "the one." If you’d like to return a perfectly good item:

5. Getting Your Money Back
Once we’ve sorted the details, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method (Credit Card or PayPal) within 5-7 business days.
