1. How Long Does It Take? (The Honest Truth)

Let’s be real—we ship our products directly from our global fulfillment partners (mostly in Asia) to give you the absolute best prices. Because of this, your package isn't going to magically arrive tomorrow.

  • Order Processing: We need 1-3 business days to pack your order and get it out the door.

  • Delivery Time to Sweden: Once shipped, it usually takes 7 to 12 business days to arrive at your door or your local postal agent.

2. Tracking Your Order

The moment your package leaves our warehouse, we’ll shoot you an email with your tracking number. It might take a couple of days for the tracking link to show the first updates, so don't panic if it looks stuck at first. You can always track your order's journey right here on our website.

3. Taxes, VAT & Customs (Zero Surprise Fees!)

We hate hidden fees as much as you do. Because you are ordering to Sweden, all VAT (moms) and import duties are already included in the price. We handle all the electronic customs paperwork behind the scenes. What does this mean for you? Your package will be delivered directly to you without any surprise customs bills or annoying handling fees from PostNord. You pay at checkout, and that’s it.

4. Lost or Missing Packages

If your tracking hasn't updated in weeks, or the post office somehow lost your package, just send us an email. We’ll look into it immediately. If the package is truly lost in the void, we will either send you a replacement right away or give you a full refund. We’ve got your back.
